As everything is handmade a great deal of attention, care and love is poured into each item. Please allow 10 working days for your order to be shipped.
Shipping rates:
Republic of Ireland - €7 with tracking, free shipping over €100
UK & Northern Ireland - €13 with tracking, free shipping over €120
Europe - €16 with tracking, free shipping over €120

Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local import duties & taxes which must be paid by the receiver. Izzabee is not responsible for these charges.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Izzabee offers a 48 hour return window starting from delivery date. The item you are returning to me must be sent and received by me within 14 days. There will be no refund or exchange after this timeframe.
For hygiene reasons there is no returns on earrings.
To eligible for return the item must be unused and in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Izzabee does not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn.
The receiver is responsible for postage fees when returning an item unless the item is faulty and Izzabee cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
